Did You Know?
Your trash bin is one of the biggest breeding grounds for bacteria around your home.
Think about everything that goes into it — food scraps, spoiled leftovers, raw meat packaging,
diapers, pet waste, and the rest of the household garbage.
Add the South Texas heat and you have the perfect environment for bacteria, mold, foul odors, and insects.
Regular professional bin cleaning helps remove built-up grime, reduce harmful bacteria, control odors,
and keep your bins cleaner and more sanitary for your family.

Why should I have my trash bins professionally cleaned?
Trash bins turn into breeding grounds for bacteria, mold, insects, and odors fast — especially in the South Texas heat. Rinsing a bin with a garden hose usually is not enough to remove built-up grime or sanitize the surfaces.
Green Leaf Bin Cleaning uses a self-contained mobile cleaning system with eco-friendly cleaning solutions and a high-pressure 200°F hot water wash to clean, sanitize, and deodorize your bins.
How often should my bins be cleaned?
We recommend monthly service for the best results. Many customers choose bi-monthly or quarterly based on their household needs.
If your needs change, just contact us and we will adjust your schedule.
How do I sign up for service?
Signing up is easy. Complete our online registration form, or call and text us at (361) 648-5217 and we will help you pick the plan that fits.
How does Green Leaf know when to clean my bins?
Just leave your trash and recycling bins at the curb after your regular collection day. We schedule service for the day after your trash pickup, so there is nothing to coordinate.
How will I know my bins have been cleaned?
Besides looking and smelling noticeably cleaner, your technician places a small piece of removable painter's tape on the bin handle or lid to show that service is complete.
Do you clean recycling bins too?
Yes. Trash and recycling bins are available to be serviced under our subscription plans.
What if my bin still has trash in it?
Bins should be emptied before service. If we find small amounts of loose trash, we can bag it and return it to your bin after cleaning.
We cannot clean bins containing hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, oils, pet waste, feces, or cat litter — because they can damage our equipment or create unsafe conditions for our technician.
What if my bins will not be available on my service day?
Let our office know before 10:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled cleaning and you will not be charged for the visit.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call (361) 648-5217 before 10:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled service to avoid a service charge.
Is your cleaning process environmentally friendly?
Yes. Our mobile cleaning system is fully self-contained and captures all wastewater during the cleaning process. That wastewater is disposed of at an approved treatment facility, and the cleaning products we use are eco-friendly and biodegradable.
Don't Trash bags keep my bin clean?
Not really. Bags pick up nicks, rips, and tears, so odors and liquids find their way to the bottom of the bin anyway. That is what we are there to clean out.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Green Leaf Bin Cleaning, LLC is a licensed and insured company.
How soon after I sign up will my bins be cleaned?
Your initial bin cleaning is scheduled and completed within 10 days after your registration is complete.
What if my bins will not be available on my service day?
Let our office know before 10:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled cleaning and you will not be charged for the visit.
