Terms of Service

To ensure prompt and efficient service, please review the following terms:


  1. Place your bins at the curb on your scheduled cleaning day.
  2. Your cleaning day is the day after your regular trash collection.
  3. If your bins will not be available for service, please notify our office before 10:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled cleaning to avoid being charged for the service visit.
  4. Bins must be completely emptied and free of trash, debris, paint, oils, chemicals, and other hazardous or unacceptable materials before service.
  5. Bins must also be free of pet waste, feces, and cat litter. Service cannot be performed if these materials are present.
  6. To cancel or reschedule your service, please call (361) 648-5217 before 10:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled service to avoid a service charge.
  7. Your initial bin cleaning will be scheduled and completed within 10 days.
  8. Green Leaf Bin Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to refuse service if bins contain hazardous materials or conditions that may damage our equipment or pose a safety risk to our technicians.
